Young ladies acquainted with table tennis through My Gender, My Strength Project

The Uganda Table Tennis Association (UTTA) has fostered a creative task to empower female investment in the game.

Through the undertaking My Gender, My Strength (MGMS), UTTA has set out on expanding the quantity of young ladies playing the table tennis sport in Uganda.

The undertaking targets speeding up just as creating abilities for young ladies in wide going exercises from playing to directing, instructing to organization.

Up to 120 young ladies from Kampala and Wakiso have been acquainted with the round of table tennis – a huge gathering from the 50 young ladies who were at first designated by the undertaking that is upheld by the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF), Yako Bank and the National Council of Sports.

“We are exceptionally enchanted for the help agreed to us from ITTA, Yako Bank and the National Council of Sports to make this program a reality,” UTTA president Robert Jjagwe clarified.
