With two months to go before hosting the 2023 African Cup of Nations, Côte d’Ivoire has unveiled its list of players for Matchday 1 and Matchday 2 of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers. The Elephants’ coach, Jean Louis Gasset, has called up the return of Jérémie Boga, who is enjoying a fine season with Nice in Ligue 1. Hassane Kamara is also back. However, the big absentee from this list is Wilfried Zaha.
