Spice Diana has threatened to imprison local award hosts, claiming that she has never won any of the local prizes for which she has been nominated.
The most recent honors that drove her insane were the Janzi Awards, where she was nominated in over six categories but didn’t win anything.
This infuriated her to the point that she publicly slammed the awards, calling them “false and meaningless” and of no importance to the industry.
She advised award organizers not to nominate her if they don’t believe she deserves to win during an interview with Allan Cruz of the Cruz Xclusive Vlog.
The Zzina Awards, which I won last year and the year before, are the only local awards I’ve won. They have suffered a lot as a result of those victories so far. I will drag anyone who nominates me for an award again to prison. That is the reality.
Spice Diana went on to say that she had been quiet about the awards for a long time, but now she feels it is time to speak up.
