The Uganda People’s Defense Forces’ Spokesperson Brig Flavia Byekwaso has said the military is presently yet mindful why the previous Chief of Defense Forces had no lead vehicle at the time he was taken shots at.
Talking outside Medipal International Hospital, Brig. Byekwaso said the Forces know that Gen Katumba is qualified for a lead vehicle by him being a senior official of the military and priest, yet are similarly confused that he didn’t have one at the hour of the occurrence.
“He just can answer that clearly,” Brig Byekwaso told individuals from the press at the medical clinic.
