Following the announcement of the Vumbula Uganda Festival, innumerable Ugandans have expressed their delight at the prospect of thronging the Uganda Museum to celebrate our lovely country, Uganda.
The most recent news is that the organizers have added Jose Chameleone and Spice Diana to the already impressive lineup of artists.
“Well, tourism is broad, and music is one of the important things that can sell and represent our country as the ideal tourism destination, which is why we thought Jose Chameleone and Spice Diana would be a good fit to lead the festival.”
“There was no better way to commemorate Uganda than with Jose Chameleone, who provided a firm foundation to Uganda’s music, and of course Spice Diana, who is representing our country in many ways,” said Sebulime Peter aka Demo Riley, the CEO of Vumbula Uganda Festival.
Troops Band (Chagga, Henry Tigan, and Tuff B), Ykee Benda, Coco Finger, Angella Katatumba, Keneth Mugabi, Azizi Azion, Kimaru Kadodi Troupe, Dj Roja, Dvj Mercypro, Dj Alisha, and others are among the other acts expected to participate.
The event gathers all tourist enthusiasts together in one location to celebrate Uganda’s beauty, culture, music, heritage, and uniqueness in all aspects.
It will highlight Uganda’s key tourism products, and its main exhibitor, the Uganda Museum, as well as other relevant tourism stakeholders, will showcase a wide range of other tourism and cultural products to revelers, all while being baked with epic live band performances from Uganda’s top musicians, deejays, cultural troupes, and more.
The festival is sponsored by Nile Special, the Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquities, Roke Telkom, TotalEnergies, and the National Forestry Authority, and the entrance cost is UGX 50,000 (which includes a free Nile Special Can).
