UPDF dispatches air strikes against ADF bases in DRC

The Uganda People’s Defense Forces (UPDF) has assaulted the foundations of the agitator bunch Allied Democratic Forces in the DR Congo, the military initiative has said.

“Earlier today, we have dispatched joint air and cannons hits against ADF camps with our Congolese allies,”UPDF representative, Brig Flavia Byekwaso tweeted on Tuesday evening.

On Sunday, AFP detailed that DR Congo President Felix Tshisekedi has raised a choice of permitting Ugandan soldiers onto his dirt to flush out ADF.

“President (Felix) Tshisekedi has effectively raised the choice of permitting Ugandan soldiers to enter Congolese domain to pursue ADF fear mongers along with UN soldiers,” an official counsel told AFP on state of obscurity.
