Entebbe, Uganda | THE INDEPENDENT | Uganda and Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) on Thursday consented to two arrangements pointed toward improving reciprocal exchange and reinforcing framework advancement for the shared advantage of the two nations.
The consenting to of these Arrangements follows the State visit to Uganda by Felix Antionè Tshisekedi from ninth – tenth November 2019 where the two Presidents accentuated the significance of creating cross – line foundation which is fundamental to work with exchange between the two nations.
The arrangement comes from a foundation that regardless of the rewarding industry openings between the two countries, exchange has been hampered by the helpless street organization. This, the two players concurred, mostly expands instability and the expense of working together.
The Agreements, the Inter–Governmental Agreement (IGA) was endorsed by President Yoweri Museveni and Chrisrophe Lutundula Apala, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and saw by Jacob Oulanyah Speaker of the Republic of Uganda.
