The two Trump Organization corporations were found guilty on all counts, including conspiracy, criminal tax fraud, fabricating business records, and scheme to defraud, by the jury.
In the case involving his company’s effort to evade taxes on executive salary in the form of benefits, Trump was not a defendant.
At sentencing, the Trump Organization might be subject to fines of up to 1.6 million dollars.
Trump, who last month announced his third run for president, has criticized the case as being politically motivated.
