Sudan is exploring a concurrence with Russia to construct a maritime base in the country’s Red Sea coast.

General Mohamed Othman al-Hussein said on Wednesday that they had held discussions with a designation from Russia “to audit the arrangement to serve Sudan’s inclinations”.
