In a game on Wednesday at Kavumba Recreational Ground, Police FC defeated the current cup winners BUL FC with two goals in quick succession.
In the second minute, Anthony Manyanja scored for BUL FC, but Davis Mutebi, the goalie for Police FC, stopped any further attempts from the visitors.
After Jackson Semugai’s header in the 57th minute hit the post, Pascal Ngobi scored into his own net in the second half.
Seven minutes later, Ronald Sempala headed in Denis Kalanzi’s drop ball to double the home team’s goal.
