Mane is selected in Senegal’s final World Cup roster for Qatar 2022.

Friday, coach Aliou Cissé presented his roster of 26 players for the 2022 World Cup. Sadio Mane’s presence is the top story, and despite suffering a minor knee injury against Werder Bremen on Tuesday, the Bayern Munich winger is in good shape.

The holder of the AFCON, Saliou Ciss, is ineligible because he has been without a club since last summer. Moussa Niakhate, Fadiga, Habib Diallo, and Mbaye Diagne do not make the cut for the same reason.

Group A opponents for the African champions are the Netherlands on November 21, hosts Qatar on November 25, and Ecuador on November 29.
