According to a statement released by Fifa and quoted by Bein Sports, “The Disciplinary Committee of Fifa has rejected the complaint presented by the French Football Federation in connection with the World Cup match Tunisia-France played on November 30.”
The decision of the referee to rule out Antoine Griezmann’s goal after blowing the final whistle had been viewed as unfair by France. Tunisia continues to hold onto their spectacular triumph over the world champion.
