Two educators remembering a head instructor for Arua city have been captured for leading exercises against the official mandate on COVID-19 anticipation.
David Ondoma, the head educator and Margaret Wanjiri of Lauka, a private elementary school in Golf Course Cell Arua Central Division were gotten today morning by police investigators at the school as they directed exercises. The two educators are presently confined at Arua Central Police Station.
