‘No more drama,’ judge orders courts to stop receiving Mabirizi
High court principal judge, Musa Ssekaana of the Kampala High court civil division has directed the court registry to cease entertaining what he termed as drama from maverick city lawyer, Male Mabirizi Kiwanuka who files endless cases.
High court chief appointed authority, Musa Ssekaana of the Kampala High court common division has guided the court library to stop engaging what he named as dramatization from nonconformist city attorney, Male Mabirizi Kiwanuka who documents unending cases.Justice Ssekaana blames Mabirizi for recording ‘copied’ cases that he refiles and pulls out at recreation. “This division won’t permit you to mishandle the court register by recording and pulling out cases at recreation and refiling later to be dispensed to another adjudicator. Your activities and practices add up to discussion shopping which is rigorously loathed by this court,” peruses the letter from equity Ssekaana to some degree.
In light of the letter, Mabirizi says he is to take on private charges on equity Ssekaana whom he blames for unprofessionalism and being one-sided or prejudiced.”Reading your letter demonstrated your offense, mischief and ineptitude, as I grumbled against you early last year with the Judicial Service Commission, with examinations on going,” Mabirizi reacts.
From suing the Kabaka of Buganda to requesting Kyagulanyi scholastic qualifications, legal counselor Mabirizi is eminent for his discussion. He is obviously in courts testing the oil pipeline project bargain which he says is uncalled for to the Ugandans. His other most recent case is the one where he challenges the appointment of Jacob Oulanyah as speaker of parliament. In another forthcoming case, he appealed to court to clarify why ex clergymen still worked at this point bureau had been broken down when he recorded his case.
