After Tottenham slammed Arsenal for postponing the north London derby, Arteta has vowed to ‘fight Arsenal tooth and nail’. MIKEL ARTETA has fired back at Arsenal’s detractors, promising to protect his club ‘with teeth and nails.’

The Emirates chief is furious at the backlash he’s received since the North London derby was postponed on Sunday.

Despite only one positive Covid case, he said the club did everything by the book when the game was called off.

Spurs released a statement criticizing the judgment, implying that Arsenal had taken advantage of a weakness in the Premier League’s rules.

“We will not allow someone to harm our name or try to mislead about things that haven’t happened,” Arteta responded.

He also said that not every team has been as open as Arsenal when it comes to postponing games.
