MANCHESTER UNITED intends to welcome Erik ten Hag to join the club near the end of the season.

As he prepares to bring the action to Old Trafford, Erik ten Hag is convinced that he will want to nurture four YOUTH. The Dutchman has done a fantastic job putting the teenager through Ajax.

According to the Mirror, Jadon Sancho, Anthony Elanga, Marcus Rashford, and Scott McTominay have been identified as players who Ten Hag believes have the potential to become great.

Last month, the 52-year-old was hailed as the best guy to take over in front of Mauricio Pochettino.

One of the main reasons for the decision was his improvement of young gifts, which has been a basis of United’s style of thinking since their agreement. The foundation of the club has a long history of producing outstanding athletes.

Following a disappointing season in which the Red Devils will miss out on Champions League football, this is one of the most important summer transfer windows in recent memory. Ten Hag will also need to recruit players who fit his style rather than the big names.

Despite this, the Dutchman may put money aside for the club in the middle of the season after insisting on getting the best out of the four players indicated above. While Sancho was acquired for £73 million from Borussia Dortmund last year, the other three have all gone through the United academy.

A few players who came through Ajax and went on to become well-known figures in the sport, such as Matthijs de Ligt and Frenkie de Jong, have mentioned Ten Hag’s influence. They won’t be the last, with the Dutch club ready for another real-money boost through player deals as a result of the coach’s preparatory techniques.

Ryan Gravenberch, Jurrien Timber, and Antony all appear to be on the verge of withdrawing for significant expenses in late spring, kicking off a new cycle and keeping Ajax in the black. United, on the other hand, will not effectively offer their best performers due to their income streams, meaning that they are less reliant on the transfer window for cash.

It means that Ten Hag will be able to actually help a player’s career, which might be fantastic news for Sancho, Elanga, McTominay, and Rashford – all of whom have been desperate for training to guide them and achieve their true potential – particularly the last alternative.

Rashford has been linked with a move away since sliding down the dominating hierarchy and losing a bit of what made him a household name in the Premier League during late spring. At United, his major goal will be to return to the starting XI, and Ten Hag might be the one to help the striker appreciate his abilities in the long run.
