Maj. Lokech: we are ready to crush Lumbuye supporters
The Deputy Inspector General of Police Maj. Paul Lokech has cautioned the general population against being enticed to go the roads to revolt if NUP blogger Lumbuye is taken back to Uganda. “Try not to chance going to the roads over Lumbuye issues since you will lament,” he cautions. Lokech says Police has accumulated Intelligence showing that specific resistance government officials are ganging up individuals to revolt particularly in Kampala when Lumbuye steps his feet on Ugandan soil once more. This maybe is the reason they are intently following up NUP MPs like Ssegirinya Muhammad of Kawempe North and Nkunyinji Muwadda of Kyadondo East who are resolutely dealing with the arrival of the Turkey based blogger Kajjubi Fred Lumbuye.
Lokech adds that the security powers won’t act delicately this time round particularly when it has sounded the most intense admonition against any type of get-together or revolts particularly in these difficult snapshots of Covid 19. “Try not to hazard going to the roads since it won’t be decent for you. We have knowledge reports showing that some of you are intending to revolt over these issues of Lumbuye. Dont be enticed.” Lokech cautioned. “At the point when we land on you, you dislike how we will deal with you,” he adds
