This factory is located near Ndibulungi village Kakabala parish, Butuntumula subcounty in Luwero district.

Preliminary findings suggest that the casual laborer identified as Isaac Rwothomiyo was on duty at a Bagasse yard of the suger industry when his destiny came in.

Bagasse is often used as a fuel in cogeneration to produce steam and generate power. In this procedure, sugar cane bagasse ash (SCBA) stays as the ultimate byproduct in the sugar manufacturing cycle.

It is stated that the dead was putting a stack of begasse into the boiler when the pulley pushed him into the RBS machine which crashed him to death .

Sam Twineamazima, the Savanna regional police spokeswoman claimed that this accident happened because the dangerous RBS machine was open and it lacked safety safeguards like wire mesh which may have protected the laborer from come in contact with operating equipment.

Upon obtaining information and scene of crime analysis, Twineamazima disclosed that police had opened up a case rash and negligence against the operators of the factory.

The corpse of the deceased was taken to Mulago hospital morgue for postmortem investigation.
