Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) councilors drove by the Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago have communicated dissatisfaction towards the Kampala Resident City Commissioner (RCC), Hudu Hussein blaming him for disregard and undermining their gatherings.
Lukwago and the KCCA speaker had required the gathering showing that 20 councilors would go to it actually while the rest would follow the procedures through zoom, something which was the situation, as per the RCC.
