Kampala city Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago has dropped out with President Museveni’s transition to label school re-opening on inoculation of kids between the age of 12-18.

President Museveni in his last Friday address when to some extent lifting the lockdown said that schools will possibly resume when government finishes immunization of a ‘adequate’ number of qualified people and school going youngsters.

Showing up on one of the media stations on Monday, Lukwago said that this could seriously affect the instruction framework in the country since the antibodies are not accessible.
