The ‘door is open for everyone,’ according to Jurgen Klopp, to join his Liverpool starting lineup for this weekend’s game against Chelsea.

The Reds’ supporting cast helped them defeat Wolves 1-0 in the FA Cup third-round replay.

The dismal 3-0 loss at Brighton, which Klopp characterized as the worst of his seven and a half years in charge at Anfield, was replaced by eight different players.

In the win over Wolves, Fabio Carvalho, Naby Keita, and Stefan Bajcetic all starred. Harvey Elliott scored the game-winning goal.

Liverpool is now ten points off of the Champions League positions and ninth in the Premier League. Undoubtedly, they need to make major changes if they want to place in the top four.

Klopp responded, “Yeah, yeah,” when asked if some of his squad’s peripheral players had influenced his preparation for the Chelsea match. So after two days of training, it’s not yet time for us to… I don’t believe it’s appropriate to say, “OK, that’s the team for the next eight weeks,” or anything similar, after one game.

Let’s have a look, then. I’m hoping Darwin [Nunez] will resume training on Thursday or tomorrow so that he might potentially compete then. Let’s see how they recuperate and things like that since Kosti [Tsimikas] received a blow to the back.

However, we are not in a casting show and we currently have this game.

“Who shows up for training is always like this. I’m not blind, but often we don’t practice; instead, we play every three days and then rest, with certain players doing a little bit of both. Additionally, we’ve won quite a few games in the past, so why make radical changes?

However, we frequently switch players since they were available. The door is open for everyone, of course. We must struggle. Whoever is willing to fight stands a fair chance of winning.

An early Liverpool lineup for the Chelsea game is hinted at by Jurgen Klopp.
