Following a few grumblings by court clients, the Judiciary has banished the maintenance of public ID cards of guarantees by the court, as per a round gave by the Principal Judge Flavian Zeija.
In the roundabout gave to all adjudicators, recorders and partners, boss judges and officers 1 and II, Zeija noticed that the said practice makes residents incapable to seek after their privileges and embrace their commitments as residents of Uganda.
Numerous courts have been requesting that guarantees store their public recognizable proof cards until definite assurance of a criminal case as a condition to give bail to suspects.
