In March 2021, Iryn Namubiru was unveiled as the new addition to Masters Music – a Ugandan music recording label known for high quality production, promotions and distribution.
The legendary songstress who has garnered massive following of music fans, lifestyle and fashion lovers revealed that she was ready to revive her career having signed with Masters Music.
She has started off her new partnership with a remix of C. Dave’s song titled ‘Gwe’ translated to mean ‘You’.
Gwe is an Afro-Dancehall fusion of French, English and Luganda. It was produced and mastered by Skillz On The Beat. According to Masters Music, the music video should be released soon with a great touch of creativity worked on with the freshest players to the game.
Iryn Namubiru will also be releasing more music tending to the fusion of Afrobeats and Afro-dancehall and with much more diversity.
