Iran dismisses U.S. “lies” over Iran’s involvement in Ukraine war

On Thursday, the Iranian Foreign Ministry denounced as "lies" the assertions made by a U.S. official on Iran's suspected involvement in the war in Ukraine.

On Thursday, the Iranian Foreign Ministry denounced as “lies” the assertions made by a U.S. official on Iran’s suspected involvement in the war in Ukraine.

Apparently, lying and cheating are contagious among U.S. politicians who use fabrication for nefarious objectives, according to a tweet from the ministry’s spokesman Nasser Kanaani.

The strengthening of Russia’s cooperation with Iran to kill Ukrainians, according to Jake Sullivan, Biden’s national security adviser, “is something that the whole world should look at and perceive as a significant threat.”

Additionally, earlier this week, the United States charged Iran with preparing to give Russia war drones that may be used in the Ukraine conflict; Tehran refuted the claims.

Kanaani also criticized the idea that the purpose of Biden’s trip to Israel was to “reinforce U.S. unwavering support” for Israel.

As part of his regional tour, Biden began on Wednesday with a stop in Israel to discuss strengthening ties with Tel Aviv. On Friday, he will travel to Saudi Arabia.
