How TikToker’s regular releases of ‘leaked’ S.4 exams caused problems

The Tik Toker would invite his fans to message him on What App during his videos, asking them to join a group where he would provide them with additional information regarding the S.4 papers that had been leaked.

A TikToker who utilized social media to inform the public on a daily basis about “leaked” S.4 exams was detained by the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) and the police.

Sseguya Karim, also known as Fresh Karim on social media, was detained last week after becoming well-known for disclosing what he claimed to be leaked Uganda Certificate of Education documents.

He visited social media every morning to disseminate the aforementioned UNEB documents with his followers. After sharing a bogus history paper, he was taken into custody, according to UNEB spokesperson Jennifer Kalule Musamba on Monday.
