Six Judicial Officers Moved in Mini Reshuffle
According to HW Langa, the adjustments are also intended to improve the management, coordination, and provision of judicial services.
Six Judicial Officers at the rank of Registrars and Magistrates have been transferred by the Chief Registrar, HW Sarah Langa Siu, in an effort to fill the gaps left by the promotion of individuals in those ranks to the position of Judge.
According to HW Langa, the adjustments are also intended to improve the management, coordination, and provision of judicial services.
HW Rosemary Bareebe, who had been serving as Registrar of Magistrates Affairs & Data Management, has moved to the High Court as a result of the changes, which became effective on August 8.
This means she will administratively coordinate all the activities at the different High Court divisions and circuits.
HW Kwizera Amos, who previously served as Registrar of Planning, Research, and Development, is now employed by the Inspectorate, a Registry responsible for court quality control.
HW Nabakooza Flavia who has been at the Commercial Division of the High Court replaces him at the Registry of Planning.
HW Akullo Elizabeth Ogwal who has been serving as Deputy Registrar at Land Division has been sent to Mukono.
Grade I Senior Magistrate
HW Immalingat Christine who has been serving in Makutu, has been transferred to Arua.
Magistrate First Class
HW Ayola Angela has been transferred from Arua to the Chambers of the Hon Justice FMS Engonda-Ntende.
