Days after the pain of losing his newborn baby, CRISTIANO RONALDO spoke of being “home dear home” with his beloved family.

Three days after revealing their loss, Georgina Rodriguez, 28, and the unfortunate boy’s twin sister went home.

“Now it’s time to be grateful for the life that we’ve just welcomed into this world,” the Manchester United icon, 37, wrote on Instagram, thanking supporters for their support and adding, “Now it’s time to be grateful for the life that we’ve just welcomed into this world.”

The couple welcomed a boy and a girl into the world on Monday, but Ronaldo announced on social media that his newborn son had died.

“Home sweet home,” Ronaldo stated yesterday night. Finally, Gio and our baby girl have joined us.

“We wish to express our gratitude to everyone for their nice comments and gestures.

“Your support is crucial, and we can all sense your love and respect for our family.”

“Now it’s time to give thanks for the new life we’ve brought into the world.”

Last October, he announced that he and Georgina were expecting twins, but on Monday, he revealed that one of the babies had died.

“It is with great grief that we must inform you that our baby son has passed away,” the forward read.

“It is the most agonizing pain that any parent can experience.”

“Only our baby girl’s birth gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness.”

“You are our angel, our baby boy.” “You will always be loved by us.”

Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, Ronaldo’s eldest son, is 11 years old and was born in June 2010.

His first-born child’s mother’s identity is unknown. Ronaldo was rumored to have paid for a surrogate, although he never acknowledged it.

“People believe I was with this girl or another, or there was a surrogate mother,” Ronaldo said in an interview with TV broadcaster Jonathan Ross. I’ve never told anyone and will never tell anyone.”

In June 2017, the Portuguese ace revealed that he had fathered twins Eva and Mateo through a surrogate mother in the United States.

He then confirmed he was expecting his first child with girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez, 28, a month later, and she gave birth to daughter Alana Martina in November 2017.

On Tuesday night, Ronaldo was unable to attend the Liverpool game, but he later wrote an emotional thank you to Liverpool supporters for their show of support during the match.

“One planet…,” he tweeted to his 430 million Twitter followers. There is just one sport… One big family… Thank you very much, Anfield.

“This is a moment of respect and compassion that my family and I will never forget.”

Katia Aveiro, Ronaldo’s sister, responded with a flurry of applauding and prayer emojis.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp called the seventh-minute show of support as the “moment of the game” after his side thrashed United 4-0.

“It was a true show of class,” the German remarked. “Of course, all our thoughts were with Cristiano and his family from the time we heard about it, and I can’t even image how it must feel.”

“We have a lot of sympathy for him.”
