Five persons have been arrested in Kabalagala after they were discovered operating an online sex and phonographic site under the pretense of an Online Module Center.

The accused are Nakaziba Oliver, the owner of the internet site, and her four female employees, Ester, 18, Patricia Matovu, 18, Mackline Katusiime, 20, and Rita Atim, 25, according to police spokesperson CP Fred Enanga.

He explained that the Kabalagala Police Division task teams gathered information showing that Nakaziba rented an apartment where she enticed young teenage girls and young female adults to disclose their nudity online in exchange for money.

He claims she permitted individuals to log into a given account while in a private bedroom with a customer.

Graphic photographs and sexual acts (nude photos, erotic pictures, and dancers) were taken on camera and disseminated after the discussions went private.

“It was one of the most active pornographic platforms,” Enanga added. “It has now been shut down until the completion of inquiries.”

The Cyber Forensics Unit has found five CPUs that are being analyzed for digital evidence of child pornography and other pornographic content.

Sexual paraphernalia was also discovered.

He urged all sex traffickers and other illicit pornography site owners against live-streaming recordings of child sexual abuse and exploitation, stating that it is a felony punishable by law.
