Professional Path
The year 2015 marked the start of Fameica’s musical career when the legendary Ugandan musician Geosteady released his debut single, Pistol, under the Black Man Town record label. Due to his early success, Kama Ivien Management offered him a recording contract. Salawo, Mafia, Sconto, Property, and Omu Bwati—a joint effort with Nigerian music icon Patoranking—are some of Fameica’s noteworthy tracks.
With the release of songs like Mafia, My Property, Tonskuma, and Kutama in 2018, he demonstrated his versatility. These songs also won him multiple accolades at the annual HiPipo accolades, including Best in Hip-Hop, Breakthrough Artist, and Best Rap Song for Kutama. He broke into the global music industry in 2019 with his collaboration with Patoranking on Omu Bwati.
