Lwasa stated that he wants to face off against Kaye in court so that he can explain why he has always criticized him on various media sites.
Lwasa stated that he has gathered approximately six video recordings of Kaye insulting him, which he intends to combine on a compact disc in order to preserve the evidence.
He stated that when he is not performing his regular duties, he intends to serve Kaye with a notice of intent to sue paperwork obtained from his lawyers.
Mr. Lwasa wants Kaye to learn a lesson or two and set a good example for others who are committing similar crimes.
He stated that he will not listen to Kaye’s pleadings or sit at a round table with him for peace negotiations because he insulted him severely.
