For three months, 100 men aged 35 to 60 were given a 500mg dose of Furosap, a supplement manufactured from the seeds. Their sperm mobility had greatly increased by week eight.
Sex drive, mental alertness, and heart health were all improved at the end.
Infertility affects one in every seven heterosexual couples in the United Kingdom, with 7% of men being affected.
“Furosap is safe and effective in boosting testosterone levels and healthy testosterone levels,” said the researchers from King George’s Medical University in Lucknow, India.
Fenugreek seed extract has previously been shown to help healthy menstruation women improve their sexual function.
