After the Chelsea announcement, the manager was overjoyed with the transfer agreement.
According to The Blues, talented plug Ethan Wady has agreed to an agreement expansion with the team and will be loaned to Woking for the upcoming season.
Wady, 20, is a foundation product who moved from North Carolina, USA, where he played club football for North Carolina FC, to Chelsea during the 2017–18 season.
In advance of the 2018–19 campaign, he signed a grant agreement and presented the Chelsea young teams against Manchester United in December 2018. In the summer of 2020, Ethan signed his most memorable expert agreement with the club.
Prior to moving to Woking, Wady devoted time and effort in credit at Tooting and Mitcham United, Dartford, and Hendon over the course of the previous three seasons, acquiring senior football. Chelsea said that he recently signed an agreement expansion with the club before borrowing money.
Additionally, after the deal was finalized, Woking expressed their happiness with the arrangement: “Ethan is a really combative young fellow,” remarked Manager Darren Sarll. When you look at his path, the one thing that immediately comes to mind is the method by which he has continually chosen the awkward path.
“There will never be a secure environment where you can connect with this young player.
“He has repeatedly chosen to play in environments that are totally unrelated to his background, therefore that should be respected right immediately.
“Like any scenarios at this football club, from the very first instant everyone is level and should push to obtain the chance to play in games. There is also a furious desire in him to genuinely contend with Craig Ross.
“My environment is continually based on meritocracy, and Ethan will experience the same conditions as everyone else.
“I hope it’s a good experience for him. Young players, especially goalkeepers, have a lot of highs and lows, but my conversations with him have been pleasant,”
