Centenary Bank Uganda has submitted shs165million towards the 2021 Masaza Cup football competition as a component of its three-year sponsorship bundle of shs465million.
The declaration was made during the dispatch at Bulange Mengo.
Talking at the capacity, Joseph Balikuddembe, the Centenary Bank Executive Director reechoed the monetary organization’s obligation to help neighborhood sport in the country.
“Centennial Bank has been important for the Masaza Cup for near now 6 years as a component of our continuous organization with Buganda kingdom,”Balikuddembe said.
“For the benefit of the bank, I might want to laud the initiative of Buganda Kingdom, which has made it workable for the youngsters to keep displaying their gifts through this football competition. To every one of the groups taking part in the current year’s Masaza Cup, I might want to urge you to give yourselves to the game, train consistently and in particular be careful and get immunized. As we sit tight for the overall population to by and by genuinely go to the games, it is my request to all of you to keep up with straightforwardness as you play against one another.”
The 2021 competition will start off on Saturday November, 20, 2021 at the FUFA Technical Center in Njeru, Buikwe District
The second agent Katikiiro Robert Waggwa Nsibirwa commended the bank for the ceaseless help to the competition.
“The current occasions have driven us into having a virtual competition following the request from the fans. We in this manner, ask the members to do as well as they possibly can as you go up against one another in light of the fact that numerous Ugandans will watch and pulling for you,”Nsibirwa said.
