Bobi Wine armoured car finally cleared by URA
The bullet proof vehicle of former presidential candidate Kyagulanyi Ssentamu Robert aka Bobi Wine has this Tuesday afternoon been cleared by the Uganda Revenue Authority.
The vehicle had been seized following chief orders requiring the income authorities to legitimize why they had ‘underestimated’ its duties yet it was a refined vehicle. SFC warriors were even sent to look at the vehicle and for sure settled that it is impenetrable. The URA was approached to rethink the duties of the Toyota landcruiser vehicle and a duty near $100,000 was conceded to. The heavy duty was intended to deter Bobi Wine from clearing the vehicle.
